How do I know if the product has gone bad?

If the product doesn’t smell or taste right to you, don’t feed it to your baby.  Always taste your baby’s food first, checking for freshness and temperature. Your nose and taste buds should be able to readily detect the “off” smell of product that is no longer fresh. Also look for visible signs of discolouration, mold, and swelling or bloating of a food product in its container.

A baby fills a place in your heart you never knew was empty.
